So why K1PPL?

K1PPL is my personal callsign as an amateur radio operator licensed by the Federal Communications Commission (FCC). Over the years, my interest in radio technology has led me to explore various tech pursuits, both personally and professionally. As a result, K1PPL has become synonymous with my lab environment, which includes self-hosted websites and experimental services run from my living room.

While I have had several experimental services in the past, I am currently building something more stable for myself and a select group of invited individuals. Although this website is one of the few public things I share, K1PPL remains my playground where I try out new technologies, microservices, and occasionally vent my frustrations.

This website offers me an opportunity to share more about the projects I am working on and my life, albeit within reason. I won't bore you with details about my breakfast or terrible relationship advice. However, if there is something exciting like a new AI library I'm exploring, I'll be sure to share it here.
